*Education/Experience:*

with *Hibernate* as the backing persistence *API.*
· Candidates should have strong experience developing *RESTful *and
*SOAP/WSDL* based web services and be able to discuss the difference
between the two approaches.
· Candidates should also have expertise on building clients that are able
to consume such webservices.
· Candidates should have a working knowledge of various *HTTP *based
authentication schemes and how *TLS *is implemented.
· Candidates for this position should be able to articulate various design
patterns, such as *MVC *and *DI*, and know when to apply them in practice.
· Candidates should understand and be able to articulate what a micro
service is and what it’s architecture entails.
· Candidates should also be familiar with common code vulnerabilities and
how to mitigate them.
· Candidates should be able to design and build automated unit tests and
integration tests with JUnit and supporting mock libraries.
· Candidates should be willing to submit to a *NACLC background check* and
be successfully adjudicated.
