On our network we had several Mac clients that had the TCP/IP version of
Retro client installed instead of the AppleTalk version.  When we looked
for them in the AppleTalk zones they wouldn't show up.

Open the control panels and make sure you have the proper type of Retro
installed for your network setup.  It says which one your using on the main
window of the control panel.
