Has anyone experienced problems with Norton FileSaver 5.0.2 and
Retrospect/Retrospect Express 5.0.2?

I have two clients who get messages that there are B-tree problems on
the Zip carts during the performance of a backup. When Norton Disk
Doctor is used to repair the alleged problem, the message still appears.
Reformatting or replacing the cartridges does not help, either.
