Thanks Matthew, I'd really like to try that, but the manual won't install on
the server, something about entering safe mode or something (remember, I'm a
Mac guy trying to deal with an NT client and have no idea what's going on

When I try to download the windows manual, it comes in an exe file. Is there
any way to get a pdf copy of the windows manual so that I can read in on my

I don't have access to any other Windows machine that I can try this on.



PS: I'll call tech support when they open.
