What model CD-R drive is this? We've added a nice new section to the Dantz
website, "Backing up to CD-R/RW," and it gives you a lot clearer picture of
not only what devices we do support, but those we don't, plus those that are
currently in qualification testing. Check it out at

Backing up to disk images, then burning those images to CDs, is not
recommended mainly since it's a lot more work than simply performing a
direct backup to CD.

I'll be contacting you off-line to discuss alternatives.
