Hello:
I recently installed an HP DD3 Autoloader (external). It ran fine for
the first set of tapes. When the user installed the second set, the
drive started returning the following error:
Loader for "HP DAT DDS-DC, SCSI 1:5" reported a hardware failure when
moving tapes.
The script then pauses until it times out.
Any ideas what this could be?
