I have installed retrospect on a new desktop computer which also a DVD drive
and a CD R/W (Adaptec software is used to run the drive). When I run
retrospect, and the configure>devices menu the driver is listed (ID2.2) but
it has a 'no driver' message. I often get the message that another piece of
software is stopping retrospect using its own driver. I am advised to
disable the other piece of software. I would like some help to identify
which software has to be disabled so I can get retrospect workng.
