Uploaded screenshots should use the filename as the default caption.
Currently, screenshots have no default caption.
It would also be nice to detect when a file with the same name is uploaded
and 'auto-detect' a revision of the file, maybe prompting the user for
confirmation on a replacement. However, graphic revisions should be
considered as a workflow of their own and include other enhancements.
