What version are you running?
What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try and create an account
2. thats it, the screen reloads with the password empty, and no error
message
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"well done you have created an account for reviewboard" or somesuch
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Mac osx Lion, chrome
