Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
We have multiple libraries spanning several repositories. So, if we have an
interface change which affects multiple libraries, we end up having to post
multiple reviews. It would be nice if there was a good way to group the
reviews together somehow, to say "these are all related" or "review x
depends on review y"
What operating system are you using? What browser?
