What version are you running?
1.7.14
What's the URL of the page this enhancement relates to, if any?
Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
In order for a user to be able to submit a review request, the user needs
to have the "reviews | review request | Can edit review request"
permission. However, this grants the user the ability to edit any aspect of
that review request. It appears that the "reviews | review request | Can
change status" and "reviews | review request | Can submit as another user"
don't come into play here at all, or at least don't override the edit
permission. I have a script that automatically submits reviews when their
code is merged to master, but I'd like a secure user for this script that
can ONLY submit reviews, not edit them or do anything else.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
CentOS 6.3, not that it matters.
