What version are you running?

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
www.reviewboard.example/account/preferences/#profile
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to the profile page
2.Try to change user`s profile
3.Save, then you can see all the changes are gone
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected result should be user`s profile has changed. While nothing
changed
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Ubuntu + chrome + firefox
