Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
ignoring white space changes in the diff viewer, that makes for a lot of
scrolling and unecessary screening when the ultimate goal of RB is to save
time.
It could be an option at the time of the review request posting as some
languages are sensitive when it comes to white space
What operating system are you using? What browser?
windows 7/Chrome
