As of last tonight, the post-review script has been moved out of the main
reviewboard tree and into a new RBTools package, located in SVN in
/trunk/rbtools.
Users can now install post-review by simply running:
$ easy_install -U RBTools
If you're doing development on post-review, it's important to port over your
changes to the new location.
