We have been using post-review to post the reviews to ReviewBoard site. I understood that we can also use "Create new review request" tab in ReviewBoard site. I'm wondering what tools are required to create "HTML" diffs which can be uploaded to Review Board site via User interface "Create new review request"? Our developer platform is Windows and I'm looking for Diffing tool that generates HTML diffs which are compatible with ReviewBoard.
