You need to install the client on each machine only if you want uncommited code changes to get on ReviewBoard.
Hook on Subversion server's postcommit and post it to ReviewBoard. post-review -r 42 http://www.reviewboard.org/docs/manual/dev/users/tools/post-review/ This will create review request for each commit. Depends how you write the hook also to handle the diff. You can trigger with a svn comment message in Hook ( command: reviewboard your comment for the changes) to handle multiple revisions.
