Hi,

Hmm, either I'm misunderstanding, or you guys aren't using commenting properly.

You should be able to click and drag line numbers in the diff viewer to select 
a comment range. You'll get a comment box where you can type your comment. When 
you've added every comment you need, publish the review. You shouldn't have to 
write your comments on the review page.
