Hi, Update since last attempt : Since I had problems upgrading from 1.6.3 to 1.7.7 , I setup a new virtual machine running Ubuntu 11.04 and installed ReviewBoard 1.7,7.1 ( the latest release ) and the reported problem of accessing CVS repository over ext still remains.
