Hi, If you're running 2.0.x, it is possible to add fields using an extension. Right now this is only really capable of dealing with text-inputs (either short or long form). See https://www.reviewboard.org/docs/manual/2.0/extending/extensions/hooks/review-request-fields-hook/ for more info.
