Django's the underlying framework used for the whole web application layer. 
This includes things like interfacing with the database, handling 
authentication, and more.

Since you answered 'no', you'll want to create a new superuser. You can do this 
with:

    rb-site manage /path/to/site createsuperuser

Then just fill in a desired username and password, and you should be good!
