Hello, I've installed Reviewboard 3.0 on Windows server and everything seems to work. However when I am creating new review - uploaded .c and .h files are uploaded, but are not recognized and their field is left blank as is shown in attached picture. In Apache error log I also found these errors:

What is weird is the fact, that when logged from another computer from same domain, the .c and .h files are uploaded and recognized correctly. Only uploading from my station doesn't behave correctly. Any ideas why it doesn't work and why only one station is not working, since this seems like an issue on server?
