Hi Alfred, There should be information on failures in the reviewboard.log file, if it's failing to grab data from Active Directory. Failing that, it'd be a configuration issue causing it to not look up the correct content, and we don't have logging centered around that.
If you do get locked out of the server due to the backend failing and session expiring, you can always use `rb-site manage /path/to/sitedir createsuperuser` to create a new local administration account.
