A specific user is not able to use ReviewBoard API. get_root() call always ends up with "504 - Gateway Timeout". From the same host, other users are able to make API calls. He is able to login the web interface successfully. "rbt post -d" hangs after the line ">>> Making HTTP GET request to http://reviewboard.com/api/"; and times out.
