Hi Hema, Is it literally reviewboard.com that's being accessed, or was that an example?
I've never seen this behavior, and there's nothing in our product that I can think of that would cause one user's experience to be different from another's. However, if that user is going through an HTTP proxy service to reach your internal server, that could lead to this.
