IMPALA-13182: Support uploading additional jars
This patch enables adding custom jars from the
absolute path: /opt/impala/aux-jars to the CLASSPATH.
Steps:
1. Download the jars into the /opt/impala/aux-jars directory
2. Restart impala cluster.
Testing:
* Tested manually
