IMPALA-15277: Address test failures related MetastoreEventsProcessorTest We found that with the newer Hive Metastore artifact in CDP Hive 3.1.3000.7.3.2.20000-210, Hive Metastore emits fewer events in some scenario in MetastoreEventsProcessorTest compared to 3.1.3000.7.3.1.600-337, which may probably be related to HIVE-29077, HIVE-29571, and HIVE-27481. This updates the expected number of events to pass the test.
