IMPALA-8734: Reload table schema on TBLPROPERTIES change Prior to this patch, an INVALIDATE METADATA was required when altering the TBLPROPERTIES for the changes to take effect. With this patch the table schema is automatically reloaded on TBLPROPERTIES change.
