Patch Set 3: > I'm testing this out. It worked pretty well on the Ubuntu 16 system I tried out. I was able to build Impala, create a database, load data into HDFS, create an external table, create a managed table from the external, and run queries. The dependencies needed will be much more easily managed here than with Chef, I think.
