Compare the performance of the metric algorithm library, merge them, and remove the library selection parameter. 2. Try to optimize the performance of some core components, such as counter, rate. 3. Removed Micrometer's MeterRegistry and transferred the management of Metric indicators to IoTDB, which saves twice as much memory as the Micrometer version. 4. JmxReporter has been rewritten to save twice as much memory as the Micrometer version as well. 5.
