Patch Set 9: The implementation has changed significantly. Here's a summary: - Tokens can now run tasks either serially (the old SequenceToken implementation) or concurrently. Execution mode notwithstanding, tokens serve as a way to logically group tasks, so that Wait()/Shutdown() block on them and not on all tasks in the pool. - Tokenless submission now goes through a single concurrent token. - Slots and tokens have been unified.
