[hms] disable direct SQL in MiniHms This commit explictly disables direct SQL specificlly in Hive configuration to avoid annoying warning in the logs of certain Hive versions, e.g. "DirectSql: Self-test query [select "DB_ID" from "DBS"] failed; direct SQL is disabled" when runing tests with mini hms.
