PS1, Line 7: KUDU-2411: linux: Ship the sasl2 modules with the binary artifact
Is there a best practice for complying with LICENSE restrictions when shipping 
such artifacts? Do we need to include copyright notices in some file in 
META-INF in the jar or somesuch? Cyrus-SASL license has various 
acknowledgements/copyrights that need to be included in binary redistributions:
