The idea is to allow for setting of these flags from the command line, if 
needed (as in other performance tests).

Sure, it will be published for master as well.  I guess I can update the 
description accordingly, removing reference to tablet servers.

Or you think the best option is to make this flag specific to tablet servers 
only?
