Currently, `stout/protobuf.hpp` provides a `JSON::Protobuf` utility which
converts a `google::protobuf::Message` into a `JSON::Object`.
We should add the support for `google::protobuf::RepeatedPtrField<T>` by
introducing overloaded functions.
