So what's the plan for testing? The tests won't run cleanly with this PR
using either SBT or Maven. Looks like the only way to run them successfully in
via dev/run-tests, but that entails downloading
http://cs.berkeley.edu/~marmbrus/tmp/hiveTests.tgz. None of that is going to
be acceptable in the released code.
