Hey @tgraves - just a heads up. This changes the UI slightly so that the
static files (e.g javascript/css) is not covered by a security filter. This is
necessary because of a change in the Jetty API. Is that a big problem? These
files are not specific to users or applications, they are just static files. It
might be possible to protect them as well but we'd need to dig around the jetty
API more.
