The issue with putting tachyon somewhere else is that tachyon defaults to
the layout we have now. There are a bunch of environment vars I could set to
move things around, but that would require more sed magic and more files in
this PR. If you think that's worth it, I could make that happen.
Alternately, tachyon could live entirely in its own tachyon/ subdir, and
the spark scripts could call "$sbin"/../tachyon/bin/tachyon.
