@witgo Great to see that there's a simple way to continue using
ServletContextHandlers for serving static resources even in Jetty 9. Event
though we have reverted the upgrade in
e7423d4040ebd1ec4105d8d4b9a4a6600b18c2ac, this PR will save us from headaches
if we do decide to upgrade in the future.
