It is likely to be around the mid of May. How about I will do another
commit that to exclude all the libraries tachyon-client excludes. This will
have the same effect as depending on tachyon-client. Two advantages I can think
of to merge this PR earlier than later:
1. People can play around it and test it earlier.
2. The overhead of merging master branch and maintaining this PR will be
less.
