    SPARK-1057: Upgrade fastutil to 6.5.11

    A really simple PR to upgrade the fastutil library to one of the latest 
versions, 6.5.11;  a couple deprecated APIs are removed and a couple nice fixes 
to underlying OpenHashMaps (used in a couple places) are brought in.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/velvia/spark SPARK-1057-upgrade-fastutil

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/215.patch
