@tdas IMO a large change to the DAGScheduler is a little scary to merge
into a patch release. DAG scheduler + akka actor semantics is even scarier! It
might be worth letting this sit in master for a while in case we find bugs,
then back porting it into 0.9.2 if we find it stable.
