Hey TD - I talked to @andrewor14 and he says he doesn't need it. So maybe
we could remove `BoundedHashMap` and `WrappedJavaHashMap` as well? This extra
factoring doesn't make as much sense now and will cut down on the complexity of
the change a lot.
