I don't think the naming makes sense though because our other input/output
classes are already named Utils. If you want to prevent this from becoming a
huge class, maybe create a `LibSVMUtils` or something like that, or `MLFiles`.
Our other XUtils files are actually only about dealing with one particular data
source, but I know MLUtils might get other methods.
