I'm curious, why did Mesos not work on 0.9.0 or master? Is it the wrong
version being linked to? What were the exceptions?
The main issue I can think of is protobuf version conflicts, due to Hadoop
bringing its own version of Protobuf. You need to use a newer Hadoop version as
you said.
