Did a pass but still need to write a testing framework for this and update
some documentation.
@mridulm I settled on the approach of providing support for SPARK_JAVA_OPTS
by simply converting it into `spark.executor.extraJavaOptions` if it's present
(/cc @aarondav). But it does give a loud warning telling users to change...
since the current approach has some issues.
