So I did spend some time comparing various incremental builds with and
without the `withNameHashing` `incOption`. Either I'm not understanding how to
set and use that parameter correctly, or it's of no real use to us, because I
am not able to discern any difference in build times with or without the option
set.
Looks like it's going to take the further efforts of someone who
understands SBT better and/or has more time to put into the investigation of
`incOptions` than I do if we are going to realize any benefit from those
options.
