PrunedInMemoryFileIndex is only used in CatalogFileIndex.filterPartitions, and its name is kind of confusing, we can completely merge its functionality into InMemoryFileIndex and remove the class. ### Does this PR introduce any user-facing change? No ### How was this patch tested? Existing unit tests.
