Below is my proposal for such cases, we can keep the original giant PR [which might contain the related refactoring, new changes and good use cases] . When we deciding to merge it after reviewing the high level ideas/solutions, we can open multiple smaller PRs, in which we can refer to the original PR for more context info. Does that sound reasonable to all of you?
