This PR raises exception because this is a security issue, however [SPARK-30312](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-30312) is registered as major `Improvement` for 3.0.0 only. Do you think this security issue is not important enough for back porting? As a release manager of 2.4.5, I guess we need this patch at 2.4.5 release with a fallback configuration.
