I'm missing that. Right now you're kind of saying it's required anyway to work around sbt hard-coding an http: ref to the main central repo. Oh, or is the point that _that_ problem isn't fixable with a new `repository` and can only be resolved with a mirror, so this is how it has to work out? Well it ends up a little weird but OK if so.
